Blueberry Avocado Chia Seeds Smoothie:


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk     

 

Directions: Blend until creamy smooth

Option: Pour the shake/smoothie into the mold and make your own healthy icy treats.  Enjoy!

 

 

Green Chia Seeds Smoothie:


  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, rapsberries, or mixed berries)
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey (optional)   

 

Directions: Blend until creamy smooth

Option: Pour the shake/smoothie into the mold and make your own healthy icy treats.  Enjoy!
